1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Zavora Fashion, including the website, product catalog, checkout, customer account, rewards, email communication, order tracking, returns, and support services. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to make purchases in your location. By using the website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are not using the service for fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for protecting your login details, OTP codes, password, device access, and account activity. Zavora Fashion may restrict access if suspicious login behavior, payment risk, or abuse is detected.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability, successful payment authorization, fraud checks, address verification, fulfillment capacity, and acceptance by Zavora Fashion. Order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance if a risk issue is detected.

5. Product Availability

Products may sell out, become unavailable, change color availability, or be removed without notice. Limited items may have stricter quantity limits and may not be restocked.

6. Product Information

We work to keep product names, descriptions, images, sizes, colors, prices, care details, and availability accurate. Minor differences may occur because of monitor settings, mockup rendering, lighting, fabric texture, or supplier updates.

7. Pricing

Prices are displayed in the selected currency for customer convenience. Currency conversion may be approximate. Final payment processing may depend on your payment provider, bank, location, taxes, fees, and exchange rate rules.

8. Payment

We accept approved secure payment methods shown at checkout. At this time, PayPal is the active checkout method. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods may appear as coming soon until officially enabled.

9. Taxes and Fees

Taxes, customs charges, duties, bank fees, and service fees may apply depending on your location and payment provider. Unless clearly stated, these charges are not included in the displayed product price.

10. Shipping Options

Shipping options may include Free Shipping, Standard Shipping, and Express Shipping where available. Delivery estimates are business-day estimates and can change due to carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, or fulfillment volume.

11. Delivery

Risk of delivery issues may transfer after carrier scan or successful delivery confirmation, subject to applicable consumer law. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, contact support quickly so we can help review the issue.

12. Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided when available. Some tracking updates may be delayed by the carrier. Enter the correct order ID and email on the Track Order page to view order status.

13. Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before processing, production, packing, or shipment begins. If cancellation is no longer possible, you may need to follow the return process after delivery if the order qualifies.

14. Returns

Eligible returns must follow the Return & Refund Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free from stains or odors, and include original tags, packaging, labels, and accessories where applicable.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Refund timing depends on our review and your payment provider. Shipping, customs, taxes, gift wrapping, and non-refundable fees may not be reimbursed unless required by law or caused by our error.

16. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered for eligible items depending on stock availability. If the requested size, color, or product is unavailable, we may offer return, refund, or support guidance instead.

17. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support with photos and order details as soon as possible. We may request evidence before approving replacement, return, refund, or other resolution.

18. Size and Fit

Size guides are provided for convenience. Fit may vary by product, fabric, cut, body type, and styling preference. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchase.

19. Fabric and Care

Follow product care instructions carefully. Damage caused by washing, drying, ironing, bleaching, alteration, misuse, or failure to follow care guidance may not qualify for return, refund, or exchange.

20. Gift Cards

Digital gift cards and gift card numbers must be protected by the customer. Lost, shared, or misused gift card numbers may not be replaced unless required by law. Gift cards may be subject to fraud checks.

21. Launch Reward and Bank Payout Terms

The Zavora Launch Reward is a promotional benefit that may allow an eligible customer to request a $10 bank payout after placing a qualifying order of $100 or more. The reward is not automatic cash at checkout, is not a discount, is not Zavora account credit, and does not create a stored wallet balance.

A Reward ID may be generated only after an eligible order is delivered and clears the required review window. The current review window is 24 hours after delivery, but Zavora Fashion may extend review if fraud risk, return risk, carrier dispute, payment dispute, account mismatch, or suspicious activity is detected.

To claim the reward, the customer must log in to the same account connected with the eligible order, enter the valid Reward ID on the dashboard rewards page, and submit the claim. Each Reward ID can be redeemed one time only. Duplicate claims, repeated submissions, copied Reward IDs, or Reward IDs used by another account may be rejected.

Approved reward claims are processed as bank payout requests. The customer may be required to provide or confirm bank payout details through a secure support process. Zavora Fashion will not ask customers to post full bank details publicly or share sensitive information through unsafe channels.

The reward is not transferable, not exchangeable for product credit, not stackable with other reward offers unless clearly stated, and cannot be sold, assigned, auctioned, traded, or used by another person. Rewards may be refused if the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, disputed, marked fraudulent, undeliverable, or otherwise invalidated.

If an order is returned after a reward claim has been submitted, Zavora Fashion may cancel the payout request, reverse the reward approval, deduct the reward from any future benefit, or request repayment where permitted by law. If only part of an order is returned and the final retained order value falls below $100, the reward may be invalidated.

Bank payout timing is not guaranteed. Processing may depend on support review, bank verification, payment provider rules, fraud checks, business days, holidays, and the customer's bank. Zavora Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details, bank rejection, regulatory review, or customer failure to respond.

Zavora Fashion may pause, change, limit, or end the Launch Reward program at any time to protect customers, prevent abuse, manage cost, comply with law, or maintain operational quality. Already submitted claims will be reviewed under the terms active at the time of claim unless fraud, error, abuse, or legal restriction requires otherwise.

22. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions may have start dates, end dates, quantity limits, country limits, account limits, product exclusions, order minimums, and fraud controls. We may refuse or cancel promotional benefits if misuse is detected.

23. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or feedback, you grant Zavora Fashion permission to use, display, edit, and share that content for customer experience, support, and marketing purposes unless prohibited by law.

24. Intellectual Property

All Zavora Fashion logos, product imagery, design elements, website content, copy, graphics, layouts, and branding are owned by or licensed to Zavora Fashion. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, or misuse our content without written permission.

25. Prohibited Use

You agree not to interfere with the website, attack our systems, misuse checkout, attempt unauthorized access, submit false claims, abuse promotions, scrape data, upload malicious content, or use the website for illegal activity.

26. Fraud Prevention

We may use automated and manual fraud checks to protect customers, payments, rewards, accounts, and inventory. Orders, returns, refunds, and reward claims may be delayed, cancelled, or blocked if fraud risk appears.

27. Account Restrictions

We may suspend, limit, or close accounts involved in policy abuse, chargeback abuse, fake orders, repeated false claims, reward abuse, harassment, security risk, or violation of these terms.

28. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you consent to the collection and use of information needed to operate checkout, shipping, returns, support, fraud prevention, rewards, and account services.

29. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for payment, email, hosting, analytics, fulfillment, shipping, fraud prevention, and support. These services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

30. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website fast and reliable, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, provider issues, network failures, security incidents, or technical errors.
